Shipping Policy

Orders are processed on business days only. We ask that you allow 2-3 days for processing before your order is shipped out. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information. Next-day shipping options are available upon request at an additional cost. Please EMAIL INFO@SYDNEYDECEMBER.COM to request next day shipping.

If your package is presumed lost or stolen, immediately email us. We’ll provide all available information to aid you in locating your package, including a tracking number, ship date, and last known location. However, Iced By December:

  • Will NOT contact parcel services on your behalf.
  • Is NOT liable for refunding or reshipping costs under circumstances including, but not limited to incorrect address, unclaimed/returned packages, and shipments lost or stolen during the parcel process.
